Travelling with Infants and Children
Information for our customers traveling with infants and children
We are happy to have your little ones fly with us. We do, however, require that infants are a minimum of 8 days old, maximum of 2 years old, and travel either in an approved travel seat or be seated in the lap of an adult.
Infants sitting on your lap will be charged SAR 50 per sector, for safety reasons there is a limit of one infant per adult and one infant per row of three seats. If you have a child over the age of 2, or have an infant occupying a separate seat (in an approved infant travel seat), the full fare will be chargeable.
During check in, we will place luggage tags on any strollers that your little one may be in. You will still be able to use these inside the airport, and we will collect it just before you board your aircraft and store it in the hold. Upon arrival, your stroller can be collected at the baggage carousel.
If you have older children, aged 12-15, they can travel unaccompanied, however, we are unable to guarantee any additional assistance in the airport so if you have any concerns that they may need some help we cannot accept them for travel.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate unaccompanied minors.
