flyadeal fares are Non-refundable.

  • Please Note: Only 1 Form per booking is required, NOT 1 Form per person on the booking.

  • Do NOT complete multiple Forms, by doing this you will delay your case. Our system removes the Oldest Form raised by you and keeps your latest Form (as we assume you are providing new details that we need to investigate your claim).

Refund requests will ONLY be considered if:

  • we have cancelled your flight,

  • if we have denied your boarding due to over-booking of a flight,

  • or in specific circumstances (such as bereavement or major illness) supported with official documentations.

Refunds falling outside of these categories will not be actioned

  • Please complete all the fields required with the correct details to support your refund request.

  • Failure to provide all the correct information will prevent flyadeal from investigating your case.

  • If you feel you need to provide further information to support your refund request you can add comments to the Text Box and/or attach documents / pictures as required.

If you have paid by SADAD you will be required to provide your bank details – IBAN, Account Holder Name, Bank Name.

Please complete this detail carefully as mistakes can result in payments being made to a different person, flyadeal will not be responsible for this error.
